All items for Hire are a per day hire cost and must be returned in clean working condition by the due back time otherwise an additional day hire will apply.
Follow any operating requirements or instructions for equipment correctly to avoid causing damage
Hire Contract paperwork must be completed and Valid Drivers License or Passport must be provided prior/upon collecting hired equipment
Once booking is confirmed you will be invoiced and payment must be made in full prior to receiving equipment, unless prior agreement is made
If any piece of hired equipment is not working, damaged, faulty in anyway all usage of the item must cease to avoid further damage and contact must be made with A Standard Property Maintenance Immediately.
Hiring items will be your liability for cost to repair or replace any damage or missing items - Includes damage to machinery from not using correct fuel mixture
Bond of $100 on top of hire fee may be required on some items but will be refunded upon return of products in a clean and working condition with no damage/missing parts - Bond requirement is at the discretion of A Standard Property Maintenance.
By completing the Equipment Hire Form you are taking legal liability for the hired Item/s and are subject to these terms and conditions including full cost of replacement for non returned hired equipment
